The first scheduling system developed by Wilder Engineering was developed by Ron Wilder in 1993 to provide himself with a quick and easy method for scheduling an airplane that he jointly owned with 3 other partners. Plain and simple, manually scheduling the airplane amongst 4 owners using pencil and paper was just too difficult. The touch tone reservation system developed by Mr. Wilder, the Flight Scheduling System (FSS), is now providing scheduling systems for aircraft across the United States and countries abroad.
Implementing innovations in computer and interactive voice response (IVR) technologies has been at the foundation of Wilder Engineering since its inception in 1994. Using Ron Wilder's experience and certification in Electrical Engineering as a foundation, we have grown to be a recognized leader in IVR and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI). Wilder Engineering now provides scheduling services for a broad range of customers in the aviation, automobile, general contracting, and fractional ownership communities.
